Monastery Street I
Sitting on a hillside lot in Mount Adams, this residence was designed with entertaining and creative collaborations in mind. White, clean details such as marble finishes and Italian fixtures are incorporated throughout the 3,000 sq. ft. residence, along with 1,500 sq. ft. of additional basement space. The exterior of the home features a combination of white stucco, weathered cedar planks, expansive windows and rooftop deck. This home intentionally complements and contrasts with the Monastery Street II residence, which sits directly next door. Fold and Form served as the Architect for this project, interiors by RM Interiors, and Jim Bronzie the builder. The residence will undergo LEED Platinum certification.
